We are deeply saddened to announce the closure of our platform. Tightening regulations and rising costs have made it impossible for us to continue operating.
After careful consideration, we have decided to shut down our platform.
Over the past months, tightening legal regulations, unexpected authorities' restrictions, and outrageous VAT impositions have made it impossible for us to continue operating sustainably. Despite our best efforts to absorb these additional costs ourselves for a long period to protect our community, the business has become loss-making, and we can no longer afford to keep the service running.
Additionally, operating within the Steam ecosystem has brought severe technological challenges. Continuous API limitations, unpredictable network stability, and rising maintenance costs connected to Valve’s updates have amplified the difficulty of keeping the platform functional and secure under these harsh conditions.
We want to sincerely thank everyone who supported us, used the platform, and believed in what we were building. Thank you for being part of this journey.
🕒 Timeline & Next Steps
To accommodate Steam’s built-in trading holds, the shutdown will take place in two phases:
May 27th: Official Notice Issued
Operations are winding down. The site is currently active, and we strongly advise all users to review their balances and inventories immediately.
May 29th: Checkout & Payouts Mode Only
New listings and trade offers will be permanently disabled. If you have a funds balance, you must spend it on available marketplace items and transfer them to Steam.
June 30th: Final Closure
All automated purchases and item withdrawals will be taken offline. After this date, retrieving assets will require a lengthy manual verification process via our support team.
📋 Required Procedures
To ensure you do not lose quick access to your assets, please follow these guidelines immediately:
Clear your wallet balance: Deposits are non-refundable. Please use any remaining cash balance right away to buy skins from the marketplace.
Retrieve your items: Transfer all skins from your site inventory to your personal Steam account as soon as possible, factoring in standard Steam trade holds.
Storage reminder: The platform is not a permanent storage service. Please ensure your site inventory is entirely cleared before June 30th.
Our support team is fully active to assist you, though please anticipate longer response times due to increased ticket volume.
