M9 Bayonet Crimson Web-Best Web Patterns

Crimson web knives were once the most valuable in CS:GO. Fast forward to years later, and with CS2's release they were dethroned with brighter and better finishes.

It doesn’t necessarily mean they are no longer valuable, as they still cost a hefty amount of money for the best patterns and knives.

As commonly known, Crimson webs are infamous for their rare patterns as most of the community seek the more webs displayed on the knife. And for this specific finish, size matters simply because the bigger the blade is, the more webs can be displayed, making the M9 Bayonet one of the best knives for this finish.

M9 Bayonet | Crimson Web

The M9 Bayonet is considered the best knife for this finish since only 276 patterns out of 1000 are without a clear visible web. The big blade raises the chances of getting a triple web pattern which can have a high price tag.

Three known pattern categories are worth overpaying; Triple Web, Double Web, and Single Web patterns. These categories have three tiers each based on the web.

But before you go to a marketplace and pick up any rare pattern, it’s important to distinguish real webs from fake webs.

Fake webs are similar but do not connect as many lines as a real web, and the difference can be spotted easily.

Triple Web Patterns

As mentioned previously, the big blade on the M9 Bayonet makes it possible to get a triple web pattern, opposite to many other knives. There are around 45 triple web patterns out of 1000, making them the most desirable among players.

Pattern 718 is considered by most the best-aligned triple web, but some might have a different opinion since it depends on personal preferences; position, and alignment.

Tier one patterns: 72, 13, 375, 646, 944, 114, 513, 857, 718, 297

Tier two patterns: 38, 181, 260, 349, 490, 525, 590, 725, 759, 962

Tier three patterns: 39, 51, 64, 77, 85, 90, 121, 153, 156, 229, 231, 329, 371, 488, 516, 533, 536, 553, 609, 638, 665, 797, 861, 870

Double Web Patterns

Double web patterns are the second best preferred after the triple webs. With 260 patterns out of 1000, they are certainly more common for the M9 Bayonet but worth overpaying.

The best patterns vary from one person to another, but 146 and 180 pattern IDs stand out as they’re centered and aligned.

Single Web Patterns

Though they are the least desired among the other patterns, single webs are still better than no webs. There are 418 total single web patterns, making them the most popular.

Since only a single web is displayed, it’s better to look for a centered web pattern as it looks best and is worth more.
